Property blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest image disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing distinct parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
